Refleksi Fenomena Power Evangelism

Abstract

Entering the 20^thcentury, some churches began presenting and practising the Power Evangelism. As a result, there was a significance church growth as employing that Power Evangelism. Some questions emerged, whether the Power Evangelism constituted biblical reflection. This paper will present both historical and theological researches about phenomenon of Power Evangelism. The writer employs descriptive method for explaining the development and, at once, continuity between the Power Evangelism phenomenon in Bible times and nowdays church. Eventually, it would be concluded, that Power Evangelism phenomenon is a biblical reflection.
